I loved reading this — it filled me with angst and hope all at the same time. I wonder, in your opinion, whether the continued siloing of groups — the skeptics and those seeking confirmation — will persist and weaken even the strongest witnesses ability to share truth and thorough analysis in hopes of a ready audience

The harsh reality is that its a very thankless and difficult role to witness, especially in the face of recurring and consistent disillusionment. But, it is also something that moves from being a privileged to almost existential position the worse things get. So I think that at some point, something has to give. And our role is to do what we can to keep the fight when it comes.

We can witness the same experience from different vantage points and with different perspectives. The issue is now how the audience receives the information.

But to really answer your question, I would not be writing if I was not optimistic. I really do believe that, in time, the increased number of options will break down these silos. And hopefully inspire more people to act and, in their own way, witness.
